Vermont Room
The Vermont Room was originally the grand jury room, in the era before the building became a library. Access was only through what is now the emergency exit at the bottom of the back staircase, as there was no connection between the courthouse and the post office on the ground floor, in the original design.
It was the children's room for several decades, and is now the home to our Vermont history / local genealogy collection.
Resources include a collection of one-of-a-kind genealogy resources, maps, a computer with our copy of Ancestry and links to local genealogy and history resources, and our microfilm collection.
