Washington DC\n\nNote:\nAmos Crippen was the only son of Samuel Crippen, after\nthe death of his father about 1782 he resided in the family\nof Samuel Daniel y Whigle Hollow. He learned the trade of\nblacksmith for about 1806 named Henry the daughter of John\nPilbrick, for removed to Pennsylvania about 1855 and died\nthere in August 1864.
