Boy,\nwho was at the Marsh affair\nin Arlington in 1772, and an officer.\nHe would seem to have been at least 21 yrs. old which would place his birth as around 1752.\nHe does not appear in the Census of 1800 under any spelling\nBUT in Pittsford is listed a SYRENUS Brown\naged\n26-45\nand also BENJAMIN COOLEY, over 45 yrs. and two or three more Cooleys.\nReturnedto hoplesiM\ngoing\nto guess that our Edward D. Brown belonged to\nthe Clarendon-Shrewsbury family.\nAs I think the inquirer might run to a small financial outlay, I am asking See'y of State for following if they have them:\n(1) Birth of Edward D.
